Google Chrome
- Open Chrome.
- Click on the three vertical dots icon in the upper right corner of the screen (More options).
- Go to “Settings”.
- Click on “Clear browsing data”.
- Choose time range “All time”
- Check “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files”.
- Click “Clear data” to complete the process.
Microsoft Edge
- Open Edge.
- Click on the three horizontal dots icon in the upper right corner of the screen to open the menu.
- Go to “Settings”.
- From the lefthand sidebar panel, click on “Privacy and security”.
- Under “Privacy and security” find “Clear browsing data” and click on “Choose what to clear”.
- On the pop-up window, choose Time Range “All Time” from the dropdown menu options and select “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files”.
- Click on “Clear now” to complete the process.
Safari
- Open Safari.
- Go to the “Safari” menu and select “Preferences”.
- Click the “Privacy” tab.
- Click “Manage Website Data” and then “Remove All”.
- Additionally, you can clear the cache by selecting “Clear History” from the “History” menu.
Mozilla Firefox
- Open Firefox.
- Click the three horizontal lines in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Go to “Settings” in the menu panel.From the lefthand sidebar menu, click on “Privacy & Security”.
- Scroll down and in the “Cookies and Site Data” section, click “Clear Data”.
- Check “Cookies and Site Data” and “Cached Web Content” options.
- Click “Clear” to complete the process.

- At the bottom, tap the “Delete browsing data”.
- Tap “Delete” to complete the process.
iPhone & iPad Devices
Safari
- Open “Settings” on your iOS device.
- Scroll down and tap “Safari”.
- Next, scroll to the bottom and tap “Advanced”.
- Then, navigate to “Website Data” from the top and tap. Allow a moment to load.
- At the bottom, tap “Remove All Website Data”.
- Confirm by selecting “Remove now” to complete the process.
