Purchasing Tokens on Your Account

1. You can purchase tokens to use for paid features by clicking on the token icon in the top right corner.
2. Click on the number of tokens you want to purchase. Note: You can enable auto-load by clicking on the checkbox to “Enable Autoload” located under the token packages.
3. Select the desired payment method and fill out the billing form.
4. When you are ready to submit your order click the “Order” button
5. Your token balance will be displayed in the top right corner of the page.

Use Quickbuy to Refill your Token Balance

1. Quickbuy allows you to purchase more tokens without leaving a models chat room so you don’t miss any of the action. To purchase tokens using Quickbuy click on one of the token amounts in the top right corner of the chat room. Note: You must have a default payment method on file in order to use the Quickbuy feature.
2. An overlay will appear prompting you to confirm you purchase. Click “OK” to confirm your purchase or “Cancel” to close the overlay.

Setting up Autoload

Enabling the Autoload feature will automatically reload your wallet with 200 tokens($20) when your wallet falls below 100 tokens. Update your Autoload preferences by following the instructions below.

1. Hover over your handle in the top right corner and click on “My Account”
2. Scroll down to the Manage Account section and click on “Live Model Chat Preferences”
3. On the next screen you can update your Autoload preferences. Click on “Add Live Model Chat tokens now!”
4. On the billing page check the box next to “Enable Autoload and give me a better deal on tokens” before placing your order.

If you want unused Autoload tokens credited back to your credit card, please contact Customer Service.

Taking Advantage of Model Chat +

You can bypass the daily spending limit by upgrading to Model Chat + free of charge. When you purchase tokens click on the “Model Chat +” link.

Fill out the form and click on the “Submit” button. Once your application has been approved you will be able to bypass the daily spending limit.
