The “Auto Renew” feature will automatically renew your purchased subscriptions when they are about to expire. Your account will be renewed using the credit card you have on file on your “Billing History & Credit Card Info” page. You can update your credit card information on your “Billing History & Credit Card Info” page so that you will always have a current credit card on file with us.

If you want to change your auto-renew settings for any of your subscription purchases, please follow the steps below:

1. Mouse over “My Stuff” from the navigation bar. Click on “My Account”.

2. Click on “Billing History & Credit Card Info” link.

3. Toggle the button next to each subscription to turn auto-renew on or off.

4. If you turn the auto renew off, you will be prompted with a confirmation screen where you can choose to either pause or cancel auto-renewal.

Pause Auto Renew for:
1 Month, 2 Months, 3 Months. This allows you to temporarily pause automatic renewal without canceling your membership entirely.

OR

Cancel Auto Renew
This option will stop your subscription from automatically renewing in the future. After selecting your preferred option, click the Submit button to confirm your changes.
