The “Auto Renew” feature will automatically renew your purchased subscriptions when they are about to expire. Your account will be renewed using the credit card you have on file on your “Billing History & Credit Card Info” page. You can update your credit card information on your “Billing History & Credit Card Info” page so that you will always have a current credit card on file with us.
If you do not wish to automatically renew any of your subscription purchase, please follow the steps below:
- Mouse over “My Stuff” from the navigation bar. Click on “Edit My Profile”
- Click on “Billing History & Credit Card Info” link
- Click “Set to OFF” button for the subscription which you don’t want to renew
- You will be prompted with a confirmation section, click “Turn off” to turn off auto renew.
- Lastly, you will get a discount offer to keep your auto renew on. Click “Yes” to accept or click “No, thanks” to turn off your auto renewal.
If you have turned off “Auto Renew” and now wish to renew automatically, any of your active subscription you have purchased, please follow the steps below:
- Mouse over “My Stuff” from the navigation bar and click “Edit My Profile”
- Click on “Billing History & Credit Card Info” link
- Click “Turn ON” button for the subscription which you want to renew automatically.
